Tooth Teller, LLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates (“Tooth Teller”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) are committed to protecting the privacy of healthcare providers, patients, customers, and website visitors (“you” or “your”). We created this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you visit our website or use our online services (collectively, the “Online Services”).
Please note that the health information that we collect through the Online Services may be subject to the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended, and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”). We only collect, process, and handle health information on behalf of our health care customers under the business associate agreements (BAAs) that are in place with those customers who are subject to HIPAA. Under those circumstances, such information will be subject to our customers’ notice of privacy practices. Please see that specific health care customer’s notice of privacy practices for how your health information may be used and disclosed.
This Policy applies to the Online Services that we own or operate and that contain a link to this Policy. This policy applies to all individuals with whom we interact or from whom we collect information through the use of the Online Services. As stated above, this Policy does not apply to any information subject to our health care customers’ notice of privacy practices. While certain information we collect and use will be controlled by our health care customers, this Policy provides an overview of all of the information we may collect from you to ensure you have a full understanding of the scope of our information practices.

When we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updates on this website and update the Policy’s “Last Revised” date above. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

- in accordance with and to the extent permitted by HIPAA for all applicable information subject to HIPAA;

The Online Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of any other site or platform that collects your personal information.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our Online Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to us through use of the Online Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 unless we have verification of parental or guardian consent. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to us through the Online Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental or guardian consent, we will delete that information. HOW WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Tooth Teller takes reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulations to protect the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your information. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to the Online Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
USING THE ONLINE SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
If you are accessing the Online Services outside of the United States, please be aware that your personal information and other information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Online Services, you understand that your personal information and other information may be transferred to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Policy.
DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
We do not currently respond to a browser’s “do not track” signal. Other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your activities over time and across different websites when an individual uses our Online Services.
COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Online Services may use first-party “cookies” and other tracking technologies.
